Duties: Maintain, install, support, evaluate and upgrade hardware and software of the company’s network systems and facilitate online ordering and transactions. Monitor any network hardware and software problems to ensure the systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Plan, coordinate, implement and update security measures to safeguard information in computer files against unauthorized access. Communicate with software and hardware vendors on a regular basis to evaluate computer security regarding online transactions. Review and test any new software and hardware being installed in network system. Maintain and update the company’s website contents on a regular basis. Maintain and compiled customers’ database. Resolve problems reported by users. Advise management for any upgrading for computer’s security and efficiency.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of this position is to create new sales revenue from new and existing customers selling air tickets, tours, cruises, railway passes, packages, car rental, hotels, and travel insurance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sell travel-related products and services to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and revenue objectives.
   a. Contact prospective and/or existing customers to determine product needs.
   b. Perform lead generation and follow-up.
   c. Conduct sales presentations to match company products with identified needs.
   d. Manage multiple accounts, set account strategy and promote all travel-related products and services to customers.

2. Respond to in-depth questions regarding the products that we sell. Remain knowledgeable on products and services to facilitate sales efforts.

3. Maintain sales records. Prepare sales reports.

4. Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Education & Experience:
• College's degree or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years working experience

Skills:
• Effective selling, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks within a territory
• Strong information gathering skills
